Global Equality opposes all imperialist interventions and wars: Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria, Libya, Iran, Palestine, etc.
The biggest problem facing our world is inequality, poverty, on the global level. The capitalist world system is one where a few get wealthy at the expense of the many. Value flows to some, but not to others. The global social surplus is distributed unevenly. This is not the natural state of the world, it is imposed. It is created. This system is designed. This regime of global poverty and inequality is enforced by the armies and bombs of the imperialist countries.
Global Equality opposes all imperialist wars. Global Equality denounces the occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq by the United States. Global Equality denounces the intervention into Pakistan. Global Equality denounces US and NATO’s war against Libya. Global Equality denounces the attempts by the US, NATO and Israel to destabilize Syria. Global Equality denounces the Israeli genocide and occupation of Palestine. Global Equality opposes all attacks against Iran. Global Equality stands for the right of the oppressed peoples to defend themselves. Self defense makes sense.
The United States is a country founded on genocide and slavery. Its wealth is a result of the devastation of others. Third World country after Third World country is plundered by the United States. Both the Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin. They both attack the poor peoples of the world. Obama is a war president. We need real change. We need a whole new way of life. We need a New Power. We need Global Equality. We must educate around these issues at the Occupy movement.
